In the past year the UCC has had a number of churches experience property damage and vandalism as attacks on their theology.  For Local Churches wanting to assess their physical security, a number of resources are available at this page Local Church Security:  Resources and Best Practices.  Many of the resources are published by Department of Homeland Security/CISA, sample security guidelines from a sister denomination, and the Insurance Board page, which has terrific resources available to everyone on church security.
